These are Istvan and Ivàn. Two Hungarian men in the Netherlands. They have been working as electricians at Techvisie for about two years. We visited them at their workplace in Zutphen, where they are currently working on a new construction project. Due to the Coronavisus they are obliged to wear a mouth mask on the construction site. What they like the most is the clear communication. It is always clear when projects start and ends, what time we have to be somewhere, etc. The communication between the people from the office, construction and employees is just very clear. “I have never experienced a miscommunication,” said Istvan.
Techvisie arranges and pays accommodation for its employees who come from abroad. This is also the case for Istvan and Ivàn. They say with a smile: “The owner of the house is an elderly lady. She cooks for us on all weekdays. So when we come back from construction she is already waiting for us and dinner is ready. We always eat together at the table. The fact that she cooks for us is really nice and unique. We are very grateful for that and that is why we cook for her on weekends!” What do they cook then? Everything and sometimes typical Hungarian meals. They are happy with the situation and we can only imagine that.
