What will you do as a plasma cutting machine operator?

• You operate and program the plasma cutting machines to cut metal parts according to specifications and drawings.
• You will set and check machine parameters for cutting speed, gas pressure and current, for example.
• You will load and unload materials on the cutting table, ensuring an efficient material flow.
• You check the quality of the cut parts and carry out any post-processing.
• You maintain and clean the cutting machine and tools.

What do we expect from you as a plasma cutting machine operator? 

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a CNC operator (with plasma cutting machines: pre).
• You have extensive knowledge of CNC programming and experience with AutoCAD.
• You are familiar with different types of metals and have the ability to make material choices based on the specifications.
• You understand as the best technical drawings and instructions.
• You speak Dutch, English or German.
