This is Joey and he has been working as a painter at Techvisie for more than a year now. We visited him at his workplace and asked him about his experience with working at Techvisie.
Joey: “In a job social contact is very important for me. As a painter you work very independently, but I have never had the feeling that I was alone. Techvisie arranged everything for me: housing, transport, work clothing, personal protective equipment, health insurance and much more. Edwin is my regular contact person and I can always call him if I have any questions. That gives a good feeling.”
“But it’s not just the social contacts that make the job nice. It’s nice that I can do what I love to do every day. Moreover, there is a good atmosphere at work. I am really happy with it.”
“The distance between my home and work was a bit far. But to be honest, that is also partly due to myself. Edwin suggested looking for housing closer to my work, but I really like my house where I live now. I have very good contact with my neighbors. So I decided to stay here and I take the travel time for granted. It’s worth to me.”
“I am satisfied with my work. Everything is well organized and I hope to be able to continue working here for a long time!”
