After a successful first internal training in Installation Engineering, the second track has started.
Our training is given according to the requirements of the customer. For our students it is already clear where they will work after the training.
Based on this, Peter Bouwmeester of Veriwa ensures that they specialise in the activities they will carry out afterwards.
For these men, it is extremely important that they read the drawings correctly. This is partly due to the language barrier. To reduce this barrier, they also receive Dutch lessons. These lessons are given by Albert Land. Albert Land has more than 20 years of experience as an NT2 teacher. In addition, he has more than 35 years of experience as a teacher.
Our Dutch lesson is primarily focused on communicating in the workplace. Experience has shown that a large part of the barrier is due to not daring to ask questions. During our lessons for both installation technique and Dutch, the men are taught to dare to ask. For example, mistakes are prevented on the work floor and the Dutch language is also acquired faster.
