Location 1: Hollands diep (Zuid-Holland)
The Benedenrivierengebied is one of the largest and most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands, perfect for fishing! There are more than enough beautiful and big fish to catch on the big water. You only need one fishing permit for this and that is the fish pass.

location 2: De Biesbosch: (Zuid-Holland, Noord-Brabant)
The national park De Biesbosch is a protected nature reserve in Noord-Brabant and Zuid-Holland. You can enjoy nature here and it is a wonderful place for a day of fishing. To fish here you need a fishing pass.
If you don’t have your own fishing gear you can always rent fishing gear there, you can even rent a boat if you want.

Location 3: Het Oostvoornse meer (Zeeland)
If you want to catch trout on big water you need to go to Lake Oostvoornse. The water is one of the world’s largest sea ports and consists of half salt water and half fresh water! To fish here you need a fishing pass.

Location 4: Zoutelande (Zeeland)
If you love the beach you have to go here! Fishing from the beach of Zoutelande, here can you fish all day, whenever you want. You don’t need a permit or fishing pass at this place. Everyone is allowed to fish in the sea from the beach (or from a boat). However, you do need to watch out for other visitors on the beach.
